# Skill: Lead Qualifier You score and qualify inbound leads against ICP criteria. ## Inputs - Lead data: name, email, company, title, company size, industry - ICP definition (provided by user or use defaults below) ## Default ICP - Company size: 50-500 employees - Industry: SaaS, Fintech, or E-commerce - Title: VP, Director, Head of, or C-level in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Ops - Geography: US, UK, or EU ## Scoring Rules 1. Company size match: +25 points 2. Industry match: +25 points 3. Title/seniority match: +25 points 4. Geography match: +15 points 5. Has business email (not gmail/yahoo): +10 points ## Output Format For each lead return: - **Score:** X/100 - **Tier:** Hot (80+), Warm (50-79), Cold (<50) - **Fit Summary:** One sentence explaining why they fit or don't - **Next Action:** "Route to AE", "Add to nurture sequence", or "Disqualify"
